WSIMAC9.exe is a windows program which transmits simulated AC-9 data packets. 
You may select the serial port (1 or 2) you wish to use to transmit the data.
The data packets contain simulated data with appropriate dummy values in all
the fields.  There is even a little random noise added to the a and c data
to keep your plots from being a boring straight line!.  The timing of the
data bursts within the packet is very close to the timing of the actual
AC-9 transmissions.  The program is a 16-bit Windows program and will run under
either Win 3.1 or Win 95.   (Windows was chosen because it provides a higher 
resolution timer and interrupt-driven serial I/O--elements that would have
required extra programming effort under DOS.)
