XMF Summary

WET Labs is evaluating the technical, scientific, and commercial feasibility of developing an aquatic in-situ biogeochemical sensor that uses excitation-emission matrix (EEM) fluorometry.

The excitation-emission matrix fluorometer (XMF) will enable the simultaneous in-situ detection and analytical separation of individual components in seawater, including humic substances, hydrocarbons, proteins, wastewater/sewage, and other natural and anthropogenic substances.
